Owners & Membership Concepts‘ unique ownership and membership concepts designed for flexibility. With us you have the freedom to purchase a pool villa or a condominium, be it freehold or leasehold. But that’s not all – we also offer the opportunity to purchase parts of a pool villa or condominium if you don’t want or can’t afford the entire investment.

With our Quarter 2000 concept, you acquire a right of residence for 3 months per year for 30 years. This means that you share the acquisition costs as well as the running costs with other owners.

And if that is not an option at the moment, we offer our customers our Vacation Membership, also limited to 30 years. You only purchase the Vacation membership for the vacation period that you use annually – in most cases this is 3-4 weeks per year.

You can use, rent, sell, bequeath or give away all of our concepts.

If you wish to upgrade, for example from a Weekly Membership to Quarter 2000 or to full ownership, you will be credited with the full purchase price of your membership.
